In celebration of our I Look Good Half Naked, we thought it fitting to bring forward the best in swimwear - the bikini!

 2009 is the first year in business for the company Bunny Couture who make swimwear (primarily bikinis) embellished with crystals. The company is based out of Tampa, Florida and the swimwear is currently available out of local shops: Reborn Couture, Georgette’s, Hyde Park Tan Lounge, and Dara's Boutique.

 Our line’s distinctive designs are made only with genuine Swarovski crystals and other jeweled embellishments like chains and pendants etc. The slogan is "Swimwear as Haute as You."

 In 2000, LONG before the crystal craze, Bunny Couture embellished her own clothes, bikinis, cell phone, etc with Swarovski crystals because "I LOVE all things shiny. "It may sound cheesy, but the sparkles and rainbow reflections from crystals and diamonds have always captivated me!  Friends and family saw my phone and wanted crystal decorations for themselves, which then expanded to friends of friends."

Finally, in 2008 my best friend Dara Lauria convinced me to start a company and sell my bikinis.

"As we all know all fashion is an extension of the person wearing it...some prefer less coverage, some prefer conservative use of crystals, but all want to carry their style and image to the pool or beach." Just ask local celebrities of the Tampa Bay area such as Gayle Guyardo and Debra Schrills (newscasters) have purchased bikinis, Julie Weintraub (owner of the Gold and Diamond Source) and basketball player Matt Geiger's fiance Maryann Applewhite also. 

These embellished bikinis are unique as there is really nothing else out there like them. "The crystal craze is in full swing, but bikinis were just fabric designs without embellishments, and I wanted to change that!" And Bunny Couture has done just that. These unique designs can also be customized to fit your tastes.
