I will be the first to admit that I have an addiction, one that I am not willing to seek a support group for. I will buy shoes from anywhere. A recent count puts my count at well over 200 pairs and yet, I continue to buy. A great pair of shoes can make or break your outfit
in fact, I have often purchased shoes that others thought were ugly. Why? Because when you get the right outfit with those “ugly” shoes, all of a sudden everything changes.
The right color accents in your belt, purse or other accessories can make those shoes the perfect pair for what you are wearing. I love designer shoes as well as a great pair of flip flops.
Great deals on shoes can be found in a multitude of locations both on the internet and in the mall. My favorite sites for getting great shoes (you don’t have to believe me about the ugly ones but they really do make a fashion statement when you dress them up properly.)

- Zappos- I love a user friendly site, here you literally narrow your search down to style, width, color, height of the heel and the price range. Check out their clearances!
- Nine West – I’ve worn these shoes since I was a teenager and they always have a vast
- selection.
- Bergdorf Goodman – If you are into the major designer brands, you can’t go wrong in the shoe salon. If cost is no factor, this Christian Louboutin may be just the pair you need to add sparkle and flair to your night out!
I hope you will consider something other than brown and black shoes, it’s amazing how an unconventional shoe color can be a great conversation starter and set you apart from the crowd.
